You and your partner receive simple forms to complete online, at your own pace. These forms list all items you need to have reached an agreement on to finalize your divorce or parenting plan process.

Once all forms are complete, it will take approximately one week for the court documents to be drafted. This includes all necessary documentation including - Petition Packet, Consent Decree, Property Settlement Agreement, and Parenting Plan (if necessary).

You and your partner will receive your documents via email to review. All revisions and communication via email are included in your flat fee package.

Once all revisions are complete, you will receive easy to follow instructions that guide you in completing the filing of your documents with the court.
